Answer the calls that go to voicemail. Keep the booking direct.
Give every FairBridge member something a franchise flag doesn't.
An AI front desk for every member hotel. It answers the calls and messages the desk can't, keeps bookings direct, and lets guests hear the FairBridge difference from the first ring.
Three things,in one partnership.
A benefit guests hear on the first call, under FairBridge's name.
Six weeks, one or two hotels you choose, clear measures.
Sold under FairBridge's name, at FairBridge's price, to FairBridge's members.
Why FairBridge, why now
A franchise hands a hotel a flag. FairBridge can hand it a front desk that answers day and night, in English and Spanish.
Every unanswered callis a booking that goes elsewhere.
Late arrivals and changed plans start with a call.
Check-in line, ringing phone, nobody at night.
A missed call becomes a booking-site commission.
Revenue per room starts with the calls nobody answers today.
One front desk.Every way a guest gets in touch.
Natural voice, English or Spanish.
Guests talk from the hotel's web page.
Same assistant, ten languages.
Hands off to staff with a summary.
Answers instead of voicemail.
Guests never repeat themselves.
Calls that reached voicemail become booking requests.
Hear it for yourself.Three demos, built for FairBridge.

The FairBridge front desk
Answers for the whole network: a guest calls FairBridge, says where and when, and it takes the booking request for the member hotel.
- Finds the right member hotel for the guest's trip
- Takes the booking request for the hotel to confirm
- Hands the caller to a person on request
Cottonwood Junction Inn & Suites
A fictional 64-room roadside hotel with its own assistant, Casey. This is what a member hotel's guests would experience.
- Rooms, rates, check-in, parking, pets and trucks
- Booking requests passed to the front desk to confirm
- Its own name, voice, colours and knowledge
Cottonwood Junction is fictional, and these are demo lines, not an official FairBridge service. Asking for a person reaches the StartupCrafters team.

Run the numbers.Your scenarios, your values.
Move the sliders. Every number is an example, not a forecast.
What one member hotel gets (example)
Counts only the calls nobody answers today, so the example stays cautious.
Example: about 1.5 nights at a midscale rate; use your own.tuneFine-tune bookings, minutes and Web Talkexpand_more
This compares booking revenue with the price. A hotel keeps only part of each room's revenue as profit, so the pilot measures the real numbers. Call volumes and booking rates are assumptions, not measured results. Not a quote.
What FairBridge earns (example)
The main gain for FairBridge is keeping and winning member hotels. This margin is extra: the difference between the price members pay and the partner price.

The outline.Definitive agreements follow.
1Source of answers
Only the hotel's public pages, its FairCloud data, and what it gives us.
2Liability
StartupCrafters, LLC and its founders, officers and affiliates are not liable for answers that depend on missing or out-of-date information.
3FairCloud access
Mutual NDA first. Read-only first. Write access only with written approval.
4Phone numbers and minutes
We pay for pilot numbers and minutes. The hotel's own line stays as it is. Web Talk fair use equals the plan's phone minutes.
5Recording and data
Every call starts with an AI and recording disclosure. Recordings kept 90 days. Data belongs to FairBridge and its hotels. No card numbers by voice.
6Billing after the pilot
Monthly in advance, from the day each hotel goes live. Either side can stop the pilot at any time.

A 30-minute call,then a free pilot.
An AI front desk for every FairBridge member hotel: more direct revenue per room, a brand advantage a franchise flag alone doesn't give independents, and a free pilot to prove it.
- A 30-minute call. We walk through the product, the pricing and the pilot. You tell us where it's wrong.
- Pick the hotels. You choose one or two. We sign a mutual NDA and a short pilot agreement. FairBridge's tech team opens FairCloud's interface to us for read-only access.
- Six weeks: implement and run in parallel. Then we decide together on the rollout.
More direct revenue per room.
A brand advantage a franchise flag alone doesn't give independents.
A free pilot on one or two hotels you choose.
Cottonwood Junction is fictional. Prices and terms are for discussion, not an offer.
Call Casey at Cottonwood Junction. Ask what a guest would: a late arrival, a truck and trailer, a pet, or two nights next week, in English or Spanish.
Thirty minutes on the product, the partner pricing and the pilot. Pick a time that suits you.
